Types of vendor managed inventory programs we offer:
Ship-Ready Stocking Program
We’ll inventory your safety products at our location for delivery to your facilities or jobsites on predetermined dates or at regular intervals.
Bin Stocking Program
SMART Safety Group can deliver and restock inventory bins at your local facility. Re-order points will be maintained by our company.
Floor Stocking Program
We’ll implement a custom Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) program for your company suited to your needs. The program can include checking inventory, restocking at regular intervals, preparing inventory reports, and providing audit assistance.
Kanban Programs
SMART Safety Group will store inventories at our facility that can be available on a Just In Time (JIT) basis. We can accept releases via phone orders or online orders.
Blanket Orders
SMART Safety Group will store inventories at our facility for multiple product lines that can then be ordered online or via phone according to your scheduling requirements.
Consignment Stock
SMART Safety Group will carry inventory on a consignment basis. Inventory may be stocked at either your facility or at ours.
